Ideals Dreamed Production and Ideals Dreamed Products for Production are financially independent for investment purposes.  This keeps the lower risk products division safe from the higher risk show production division.  However at this time, we are not seeking investment for either division. 

Currently, we are funded by our managing members but as costs increase, we will seek outside investment under the rules and regulations of SEC exemptions for private investment and under the rules and regulations of New York’s Blue Sky laws.  We are also open to limited partnerships for the manufacturing and sales of our products for production.
